Ingredients for Tuna Salad Recipe
- 1 cans of tuna
- 1 small curly or lettuce
- 1 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumbers
- 3-4 tablespoons of boiled corn kernels
For the sauce:
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt (use less as it is capers)
- optionally a teaspoon of mustard
How to Make Tuna Salad Recipe?
- Shred the drained tuna on the salad plate with a fork. Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a small jar. (The most practical method is to shake it in a jar with a lid)
- Put all the salad ingredients in the salad bowl.
- Add the sauce, mix and serve.
