Ingredients for Baked Butterfly Chicken (Whole Chicken) Recipe
- 1 Banvit iftar Chicken

For the Garlic Herb Butter:
- 100 g butter
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 large pinch of chopped dill
- 1 large pinch of parsley
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- black pepper
- salt
How to Make Baked Butterfly Chicken (Whole Chicken) Recipe?
- Open the chicken from the back and spread it out. Blend all the ingredients for the spicy butter.
- Oil the chicken well with spicy oil and place it in a baking bag.
- Add potatoes, carrots and orange and close the oven bag.
- Pour the sauce on top. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 1,5 hours. Open the bag of the cooked chicken, remove the water and open the oven grill and fry for 5-6 minutes.
- Drain the water from the cooked chicken and fry the flour and butter. Add chicken broth and cook, stirring, until it thickens.
