  • 250 grams of sultana peas
  • Half of 1 medium onion
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 large cloves of garlic

  • Quarter bunch of parsley
  • 1 cup of baldo rice
  • A little more than 1,5 cups of water
  • Salt

How to Make Spring Rice Recipe?

  1. Wash the rice in 1-2 waters, soak it in warm salt water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Wash the onion and greens and chop finely. Peel the Sultani peas.
  3. Fry the onion, add the garlic and peas and fry. 
  4. Add rice, fry and add water.
  5. When the water is absorbed, add the greens, stir and leave the rice to rest.
