A healthy and delicious soup like Miss. Soups made with fresh vegetables are very popular these days, where confidence in ready-made products is gradually decreasing. As always, my zucchini soup, which meets you with my practical recipe, will be one of the indispensables of your tables.

When you tell them what soup you are making, there may be some sneezing. I think you should not tell anyone and enjoy the comments after tasting. For example, the last time I cooked it, my wife said that the lentil soup was great, but when she learned that it was actually pumpkin soup, she was quite surprised :))

soup from fresh vegetables

You can try this soup by adding flour, milk and dill, and you can add a different flavor.

We are starting a great campaign on Monday, I have a surprise gift for you. Again, you will send your recipe and take your gifts home. Start preparing your recipes and wait for Monday persistently, that's what I tell you :)

Love to All…

I don't normally write comments on recipes, but I was too lazy to open the page, it was so good. I put lots of black pepper and some cumin, it was perfect. You can also drizzle pepper oil on it, it's very nice too :)

I'm thinking of trying it. It's beautiful and healthy. But I will chop the vegetables that will pass through the blender without making them into cubes.

Ms. Kevser, isn't the material you mentioned is too much, it would be almost half a pot of chopped vegetables. You gave it with a liter of water. I couldn't rate too much.

Is it possible to achieve the same taste without roasting the vegetables in the pressure cooker?

I've been making it 2 times, it's great. I took notes in my notebook. Also, the number of zucchini changes according to demand. A soup like 1 liter comes out of two zucchini. I would definitely recommend it for the recipe, thank you dear..

I made the zucchini soup, my dear. It was simply delicious. Well, I threw artichokes in the bidet:) I only have one request from you, I thought I'd make something called legume soup. I don't know how it will taste on the stove, so that my girls can eat it. I added chickpeas, dried beans and green lentils. It's a recipe you know. If there is, either send an e-mail or post it here, so that the mothers with babies are happy and good health for their efforts.

My dear, you can use tomato paste in this soup. But for the first time, I recommend that you do it without tomato paste. It has a very different and pleasant taste. When it comes to spices, you can use any spices you want. We use a lot of red peppers because we are hot lovers as a family :) Best regards…

If you do not have a blender, you can pass the cooked vegetables through a sieve. Take the vegetables you have grated and cooked into a strainer with wide gaps, and crush them by pressing with the help of a spoon. Thus, the soup will be as if it has passed through a blender.
