Acıbadem Flavored Chocolate Drop Cake
Yesterday, I talked about the event we held on Saturday and the cakes I made for the event. one of these cakes bitter almond Flavored (almond) chocolate chip cake. The cake that my blogger friends attending the event are most curious about is the recipe :)
Since I promised to publish it immediately, I am sharing it without wasting time.
The main reason why I use bitter almond instead of vanilla flavor is my dear wife who is keen on discovering new flavors :) You can find the flavor I used for this recipe in big markets. I am also attaching a photo of the recipe.
Love…

- Add the baking powder and chocolate chips last, and mix for 2 more turns.
- Grease the cake mold and pour the batter into the cake mold.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. You can tell whether it is cooked with the help of a toothpick or knife. (If the toothpick comes out wet, bake for a few more minutes).
- After the cake has completely cooled, remove it from the mold and slice it.
If you find real almonds instead of bitter almond flavor, if you find 3 and grate them, it can be nice too. I will do that.
Is there a wet cake made of hazelnut oil?
It's possible :)
Your cake looks good. Enjoy those who eat it. I want to know where I can find the bitter almond flavor. Thank you.

All of the cakes look amazing, I'm your big follower, I hope you follow me too dear.. well done..
As one of the lucky people who tasted the cake, I'm very proud :) I still can't understand how those chocolate chips can be so soft and pleasant...
I couldn't eat at the weekend's event, but it looks very nice. We dived into chat, but your cake plates were empty as quickly as we could at the open buffet. Hazelnut oil already gives a very good taste. As for the aroma, I use the lemon one, it tastes great with a very nice hungry drop. Good luck again my dear.
