    The kitchen is a completely different place for women. The bastion of your freedom, even more therapeutic than the fatherliest therapist (especially when washing dishes or kneading dough :) The testing ground to test the limits of your skills, the nook where you gossip with your friends, cruelty when you come home from work, but still beautiful...

    all of us Kitchen Secrets there is one way or another, these are mine…

    Years ago, I set out with these lines. I am happy that we have been together since 2007. I ran a lot, sometimes very tired, but thanks to your support, I have come many miles.

    After I started writing a food blog, I completed the Istanbul Culinary Institute – Chefschool - Applied Professional Culinary Education Certificate Program, which was my first professional culinary education, and received the New York Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) certificate.

    In 2013, I completed my second professional culinary education, Professional Pastry and Bakery Certificate Program in Usla, with a scholarship. I completed the training by obtaining the internationally valid "Certificate in Professional Baking and Pastry" certificate given by the American Hospitality Academy and the Ministry of National Education certificates.

    I have been consulting Hotpoint Small Home Appliances since 2014. I continue to consult, produce content and shoot photos for numerous digital projects.

      I want to open a cafe in Ankara. A company that produces natural ice cream is not here, I want it to be locally Turkish.

      Hi Nilay,

      I have been following you for almost 2 years. My first meeting with you was thanks to Kubra Hanic. We used to work at the same job and he talked about an interview he had with you and said that you have a very enjoyable blog. Not even remotely close to the kitchen, single and living with his family, I never entered the kitchen, somehow I always followed you :) The interesting thing is that I was constantly looking at your new recipes and videos, but I was doing nothing in practice. I think I really liked your sincere expression and energy. So far, I've only done cheese balls :) and cooking meat in a mousse pan you sponsored by fairy. And you're cooking this so often right now, it's incredibly practical. I was always eager to try this bunlati even when I was home, while I was saying what do you know from the kitchen. I got married 2 months ago and I can't wait to try your recipes. I don't understand how I am so excited, who thinks that they don't like the kitchen at all and who has a hard time working :)
      I congratulate you very much. For getting rid of the crowd of people who have to work even though they are not happy with their job and creating happiness with your own hands.. For choosing to work happily instead of accepting it.
      Actually, I was going to write a message to say something else. I thought I'd write it after a short congratulatory introduction, where did the word go?
      Good luck with your shopping site, lots of profit. I also saw home textiles among the categories. My wife is interested in this business. Everything you can think of about home textiles..       I visited your site while surfing the internet for a recipe where I missed the ingredients in a TV show. It was the comments… it was the other sections on the side… then I saw a page called “To the menus”. I opened it: New Year, Ramadan etc. etc. menus are out. however, while I was clicking on the page, something was going through my mind, "what goes with what, what goes with suggestions" At that moment, a light bulb went off in my mind.. I said: What does a menu want? Of course, when you say that you will make dry beans for dinner, a soup, salad and dessert recipe to complete it… for example, if you set up such a system. If we write our food on a button like a search engine, and the system gives us other complements... if our menu is ready... then we will be freed from being on the menu. I am requesting this suggestion only from you because of your wonderful site. I would be very happy if you rate it and let me know. love.

      Hello there,
      I like your site from farnsa and I am making your recipes.
      But I have a problem, my daughter is going to be one year old and I want to make her a cake with a pastry dough, but unfortunately there is no glycerin here, obviously it is not available in pharmacies, what can I use instead?
      I found the recipe:
      900gr powdered sugar
      60ml water
      3 teaspoons of powdered gelatin (agar agar)
      170gr glucose
      4.5 spoons of glycerin
