For Cake:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cups sugar
  • 1 water glass milk

For sauce:

  • 1,5 water glass milk
  • 1 cups sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • * 50 grams of cocoa (3 heaped tablespoons)

How to Make Wet Cake (Legendary Cocoa Wet Cake) Recipe?

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until well dissolved. 
  2. Add oil and milk and continue whisking.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix.
  4. Grease the bottom of a long rectangular pyrex with butter. Pour the cake mix and bake in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
  5. While the cake is baking, remove all the sauce ingredients in the sauce pan. Cook the organ on the fire until it thickens and remove from the stove.
  6. Slice the cake from the oven. Pour the sauce on top of the hot sauce.
  7. Let the sauce cool for 10 minutes and serve.

    Can't we cook this dough not in oil, like flatbread, but without oil?

    Hello Miss Nilay,

    Do you mind if we make this dough in the evening and leave it in the fridge in the morning? Will we get the same result?
    I thought about Saturday morning :)
