For the dough:

  • 3,5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 medium egg
  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 glass of water warm water
  • Half a cup of warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon of powder sugar
  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 1 packages instant yeast

For the sauce:

  • 3-4 spoons tomato & pepper mixed paste
  • 1 dessert spoon pepper paste
  • 1 tooth sarımsak

For the over:

  • Half a pack of cottage cheese
  • 10-15 black olives
  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • Optional spring onions for serving

How to Make Whole Wheat Flour Pizza Recipe?

  1. Mix water, milk, yeast and sugar, let it rest for 2-3 minutes for the yeast to activate. Add the egg and mix.
  2. Start kneading by adding flour, salt and olive oil. Continue kneading the dough until it reaches a consistency that does not stick to the hand or the bowl.
