1- Be sure to use baked pasta. Baked macaroni of all pasta brands are available and available in all major supermarkets.
2- Boil the oven pasta less than the pasta you normally make, this is because it will continue to cook in the oven for a while.
3- Use white cheese or cheddar cheese to sweeten your pasta and increase its consistency. If you are going to use white cheese, be careful with its salt.
4- You can create different flavors by adding salami, sausage or different ingredients to your oven pasta.
5- After your pasta is cooked, let it rest for at least 10 minutes. In this way, it will absorb the béchamel sauce and can be sliced like a pie.
What are the tricks of preparing bechamel sauce?
1- Try to use a wire whisk as much as you can while preparing the bechamel sauce. Otherwise, a wooden spoon will do the trick.
2- If your béchamel sauce becomes lumpy, whisk it with a blender or mixer while it is on the stove.
3- If your béchamel sauce is dark, add some milk on it.
4- If it is your first try with bechamel sauce, heat the milk in another bowl and use warm milk, so the risk of lumps will be reduced even more.
5- Ideal bechamel sauce should have the consistency of pudding.
6- If you are going to use white cheese and the cheese is salty, do not add salt to the sauce.

Ingredients for Oven Pasta with Mushrooms
- 1 package of baked pasta
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 liters of water
- salt
For inside:
- 1 cup grated white cheese
- 1 cup boiled and chopped mushrooms
For the above:
- 2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
For the bechamel sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of margarine
- 5 tablespoons of flour
- 2 water glass milk
- Salt
How to Make Oven Pasta Recipe with Mushrooms?
- Cut the baked pasta in half, boil it in a deep pot in plenty of water until it becomes very soft (8-10 minutes).
- Take the boiled pasta in a strainer, run it through cold water and leave it in the strainer for 1-2 minutes.
- For the bechamel sauce, put the margarine and flour, if there is no saucer, in a Teflon saucepan and fry over medium heat until the flour changes its color.
- While adding the milk little by little, mix it with a wire whisk. When the sauce reaches the consistency of pudding, remove it from the stove.
- In the pot where you boiled the pasta, mix the bechamel sauce, 1 glass of cheddar cheese and mushrooms.
- Take the mixture into a bordeaux or porcelain baking dish.
- Lay 2 cups of cheddar cheese on it and bake it in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
