Nescafe Muffins
The Coffee Muffin has almost the same texture as the coffee cake I prepared before. Adding a little cinnamon intensifies the taste, while using the milk slightly warm made it extra fluff.
There are a lot of questions and e-mails about the photos. First of all, thank you all for your likes.
You more or less know that taking photos is not a necessity for me, but a pleasure. I try to capture stylish frames as much as I can and my equipment is enough.
In order to make different presentations to you (and of course, a little for myself :)) I have acquired a large collection of dishes and dishes that have grown over time and can no longer fit in the closet.
At first, I learned a lot on my journey with a small camera and lens, and I changed a lot over time. I'm still a beginner and still learning.
Food and photography are two pursuits that will continue to evolve throughout your life and will give you more pleasure than you hoped for as you nurture them.
Soon, I will prepare a short and informative article about food photography at home in the "from me" section. At least you'll have an idea of where to start. Love…

Thanks to your site, I get rid of the trouble of what I cook and I can try the recipes without fear and they all work. :) I just took the cake out of the oven, I couldn't help but write, it turned out great! It's not too sugary, not too oily, it's exactly what I wanted. :):):) I only put 4 teaspoons in the coffee, because the coffee is not good for my stomach. Good luck to your hands!!!! I will try other cakes over time. :)
Note: I've run out of muffin papers, while I was wondering what to do, I also used flat, low-rise molds with a water cake base. (Don't give up just because I don't have muffin paper left :) )
Well done :) Thanks for your nice comment :)
Ms. Nilay, I am addicted to this cake, now it is in the oven and I am impatiently waiting for it to bake. Wonderful ..
how long is the cooking time?
I made it today too, but since I don't have muffin molds, I made it in a shaped cake mold, I hope it will be good. I put a little more flour than 3 glasses of sugar. I don't know about sugar.
I added it to my recipe book. I'm sure it will be very nice.
you are great.
I just made it, everyone liked it very much, even 20 copies were released, super, thank you very much :))
I tried it this Sunday night, but it was rejected outright by the family. It was said to have very little sugar and because it was not sugary, I was harshly criticized for saying "you don't need to do it again". I checked the amount of sugar but they said it didn't happen :(((
Hello, sugar adjustment is all about your taste. love.
I love coffee cakes, I make them from time to time, especially when they're tiny, go and snack on them… I'm looking forward to your article about the photos! health to your hands
What a beauty this is. Thanks to this photo.
