Yesterday, I missed the dose of celebration a bit, and my whole day passed on the tired line. On such tired days, one does not feel like cooking anything. When I ran out of vitamin C at home, I had to drink the pomegranate&orange squeezed by my wife to gather energy.
Chicken skewers are my savior on days like this. You can make practical and delicious skewers using the materials at home.
On protein days, you can prepare the skewers in the same way and eat only the meat. On vegetable+protein days, the skewers are all yours. It goes great with lots of greenery next to it.
After preparing the chicken skewers, you can divide them into portions and store them in the freezer.

Ingredients for Baked Chicken Skewer Recipe
- 1 chicken breast
- 4-5 mushrooms
- 2 piece of charliston pepper
For the marinade:
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- thyme rosemary
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 cloves of garlic
- ¼ of 1 onion
How to Make Chicken Shish Recipe in the Oven?
- Chop the chicken breast into cubes and put it in a bowl. Add the marinade ingredients, mix well and cover with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Chop the peppers and mushrooms. Bottle the marinated and tender breast meat in the form of peppers, mushrooms, onions and meat as in the photo.
- Open the grill of your oven and bring the temperature to 220 degrees. Bake until your chicken skewers are browned to the desired consistency. Serve hot.
