Pasta Salad (Yogurt)
Hello Dear Friends,
There are two types of pasta that I prefer most when cooking pasta salad, one of them is auger and the other is thimble. It wouldn't be wrong if I say this is the recipe I've been preparing since my childhood :) I'll change the same recipe 3 or 5 more with little tweaks, but this measure is the version that suits my taste the most.
One of the things we missed the most during the process was going to each other for tea and coffee. Even the neighbor was longing for his neighbor. Now that the normalization has started, what are the dishes that you think are indispensable for tea tables?
I would love to share the recipes you use on my story :) You can send the photos via direct message via Instagram or by tagging me in your story. My Instagram account: @kitchensirlari Don't forget to follow!

Can't we cook this dough not in oil, like flatbread, but without oil?
Hello Miss Nilay,
Do you mind if we make this dough in the evening and leave it in the fridge in the morning? Will we get the same result?
I thought about Saturday morning :)
I was wondering the same thing.. or does it taste different if you cook it and let it sit?
Since it is baking powder, it does not deteriorate within 12 hours and its taste does not change within 12 hours.
