Chocolate Chip Cookie – Ingredients for Starbucks Cookie Recipe
- 1 cup of butter (175 g)
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (200 g)
- 1 medium egg (50 g)
- 2 cups of flour (280 g)

- Take the butter, which you melt first and then bring to room temperature, in a deep and wide bowl. Add powdered sugar on top and mix with a spatula or whisk for 2 minutes.
- Add the vanilla flavor and egg to the bowl and mix again.
- Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix.
- Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix with the help of a spatula.
- Arrange the cookies that you portioned with an ice cream spoon on the baking tray on which you have lined greaseproof paper, 5-6 cm apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees until the edges are browned (approximately 15 minutes).
- Cooked cookies will be soft when you take them out of the oven, so take them from the tray and serve after they have cooled completely.
