Ingredients for Pistachio Cookie Recipe
- Half a pack of pastry margarine (125 g)
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee or powdered hot chocolate
- 2 pieces of eggs
- half cup candy
- half a pack of baking powder
- Enough flour (2 cups to start)
- 1 cup crushed salted peanuts
How to Make Pistachio Cookie Recipe?
- Flour is put in a deep bowl and 1 egg is broken into it. Margarine, milk, instant coffee, sugar and baking powder are added and kneaded until the earlobe is soft (add flour little by little to keep the consistency).
- Walnut-sized pieces are cut from the dough and formed into a ball.
- Then, the ball-shaped dough is dipped in egg white and salted peanuts, and lined up on a tray with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown. It is served cold.
