Potato Pastry
A recipe that I like very much came to us from Seda. We added potatoes to our cheese and olive pastries.
Materials:
2 eggs
1 tea glass of milk
1 packet of margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package baking powder
flour
Ingredient:
1 tablespoons of margarine
1 medium onion
parsley (optional)
3-4 potatoes
salt, pepper
Over:
1 egg yolk and black cumin
Fabrication:
For the stuffing, the onion is finely chopped. The margarine is melted in the pan, the onions are fried until they turn pink and tomato paste is added. Potatoes are peeled, boiled and crushed, added to the onions, seasonings are added and left to cool.
The dough of the pastry is kneaded until it reaches the consistency of an earlobe. Pieces of the prepared dough are cut off and placed on the counter and opened. A little of the prepared potato stuffing is put into the dough and covered in a half-moon shape.
Arrange on a greased tray, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with black cumin seeds.
It is baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
