3 eggs,
2 glasses of milk,
a teaspoon of baking powder
salt,
2-3 tablespoons of oil,
enough flour
4 tomatoes

How To Make Tomato Pancakes Recipe?

In a bowl, eggs, very finely grated, tomatoes, enough flour, milk. baking powder . Add salt and mix well. Obtain a mixture of boza consistency. Pour a little oil into the pan and pour a ladle of the mixture into the pan, move the pan from left to right to spread the mixture. Cook both sides. Repeat the same process until the mixture is finished. Enjoy it :))
