Roast Peppers with Tomato Sauce
Whenever I think of summer, the first thing that comes to my mind is fried peppers with tomato sauce. The delicious combination of village pepper and ripe tomatoes gets me.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, that is, whatever it is, comes to the table until the frying is finished, and it is eaten with bread dipped in water.
It is true that I envy those who like pepper hot and can eat it :) But I usually prefer to use charliston, and if I can find it, I prefer to use village pepper in such recipes.
Village peppers and tomatoes are from Altınoluk Village Market, of course, and the trick of the recipe is from dear Aunt Melek.
The kitchen secret of frying peppers is to add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the sauce if you want it to be sharper. I ask your permission to go out of business by saying that you should not be missing pepper fries from your summer tables.
