Tahini Molasses Cookies
Release Date: 06-05-2008
I really liked this recipe of Ms. Hilal. I am also one of those who love tahini molasses. It's a great idea to use in cookies :) Even its appearance whets our appetite, who knows how good it tastes. Good luck with your hands and efforts.

How to Make Tahini Molasses Cookies Recipe?
- Tahini, molasses and sugar are mixed in a bowl. Margarine, egg yolk and vanilla are added and mixed a little more.
- The dough is prepared by adding 3,5 cups of flour (it can be up to 4 cups depending on the glass size) at the last.
- Walnut-sized pieces are taken from the dough and rolled. (I chose to make it with a mold, and I put the walnuts whole, it was more like a biscuit than a classic cookie look :)
- It is first dipped in egg white and then walnuts and placed on a tray. Baked in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes. (until they are browned).

I tried your recipe tonight, but I can't say that I liked it very much. 3.5 cups of water is not enough as you said in the recipe, I added a little more and if I kept it in the oven for 15-20 minutes as you said, it would definitely burn. It cooks very quickly. 13 minutes was enough. not very suitable for my taste.
