Either for dinner or breakfast. It goes perfectly with ayran and tea. Since I like to try different things for breakfast, I decided to make pancakes with leftover phyllo dough this morning.
While preparing the pancake, you can use white cheese, cheddar cheese, different herbs and even the leftover minced meat when making pastry.

Ingredients for Easy Pancake Recipe with Cheese
- 3 pieces of dough
- 250 gr curd or feta cheese
- half bunch of parsley
- half a glass of oil
- butter
How to Make an Easy Pancake Recipe with Cheese?
- Finely chop the parsley and mix with the curd cheese. Divide the dough into two parts.
- Spread some parsley curd mixture in the middle of the dough. First fold the right and left parts to meet in the middle, then fold the top and bottom of the dough to form a square.
- Lightly oil the Teflon pan, cook the pancake you prepared on both sides. If desired, put butter on the serving plate.
I made it for breakfast today, it was delicious, my wife loved it :)
Bon appetit, it would be better if the recipe for the dough was given together, not just the ready-made phyllo dough, of course, this is my opinion.
