Ingredients for Samosa and Sweet Sour Sauce Recipe

100gr Fresh potatoes
20gr Boiled Peas
1 spring onion
5gr Curry Paste
5 g Fresh coriander
1 piece of dough
Salt – Pepper
30gr Sweet and sour sauce

How to Make Samosa and Sweet Sour Sauce Recipe?

Boil the potatoes and mash them. We add finely chopped coriander and spring onions into it. We also add our curry paste and boiled peas. We fill the phyllo dough, which we cut into 7 cm strips, and fold them into triangle pastries, then fry them in hot oil.

Sweet Sour Sauce Ingredients:

500 ml. Vinegar
200 gr. Candy
10 gr. Butter
1 pc. Capia Pepper
10 ml. Soy Sauce
2 cloves of Garlic
10 gr. Chilli Powder
8 gr. Starch

Making Sweet Sour Sauce:

We boil the vinegar and throw the capia pepper into it. After crushing about 2/3 of it, finely chop 1 clove of garlic and add chili pepper, sugar, butter and soy sauce. 20 ml after boiling again. We add the starch that we have dissolved in cold water, boil it for 5 more minutes, remove it from the stove and leave it to cool.
