Ingredients for Pasta Salad Recipe

  • 4/3 pack of pasta
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 10 gherkins (cucumber) pickles
  • 2 cups garnish (mixed)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 glasses of yoghurt
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to Make Pasta Salad Recipe?

  1. Drain and rinse your canned garnish, peel the garlic and pound in a pestle. Finely chop the parsley and pickles. Take all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Boil 4/3 packets of pasta in boiling water with salt and oil in it (between 10-15 minutes), drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Pour the drained pasta into the mixing bowl and add mayonnaise and yogurt to it and mix well. Cover with cling film and leave for a few hours before serving.
