Potato Cake
Hello Dear Friends,
The last recipe of this week is Potato Cake, which is a delicious pastry-like cake that I have been cooking for a long time and wanted to share with you.
It is made just like a salty cake, with the only difference being the addition of boiled potatoes. The thing you need to pay attention to when boiling potatoes is not to boil the potatoes too much. In order for it to be sliced properly, it will be enough to boil it until the knife sinks. Do not use hot potatoes that you boiled, be sure to wait for them to cool.
You can make changes in the ingredients you add according to your taste, but parsley and spring onions go very well.
When the cake is baked and comes out of the oven, it fills the kitchen with a wonderful smell :) Don't be impatient like me, but don't slice it before the cake cools down completely and shrinks. It crumbles a little when sliced hot.
You can serve it at tea times, friends meetings and especially breakfasts.
Love…
