Egg Ramadan Pita
Hello Dear Friends,
As every year, this year is a great one to share with you. ramadan muffin I prepared. Unlike the pitas I prepared before, this time I used eggs in the dough. Patisserie style, except for what they get from the oven. ramadan muffin I'm sure the fans will love it.
This recipe makes 2 medium sized ramadan pitas. The most important thing when preparing your pita is to wait for it to ferment well. If you do the kneading, fermentation, trace and re-fermentation processes, you will get delicious pitas.
When you use egg yolk whisked with yogurt for the top, you get a thin and not too hard fried crust.
