Spaghetti Zucchini Recipe
Spaghetti squash It was one of the zucchini varieties that I wanted to try the most for years. I remember seeing it on foreign blogs 10 years ago and saying what it is :) Just like other zucchini, it can be boiled, steamed, cooked in the oven or in the microwave. I haven't tried other methods yet but same in hokkaido squash I consumed it by baking it directly as it is. This is a very practical and delicious method that traps its flavor in it, as it takes the excess water.

Ingredients for Spaghetti Squash Recipe
- 1 spaghetti squash
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- a pinch of parsley
- Parmesan
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
How To Make Spaghetti Squash Recipe
- Divide the spaghetti squash in two lengthwise and remove the seeds in the middle with a spoon.
- Apply olive oil with a brush and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the greaseproof paper on the baking tray and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Turn the other side of the zucchini and cook for another 15 minutes.
- While the zucchini is cooking, finely chop the parsley, grate the parmesan and crush the garlic.
- Take the cooked zucchini from the oven and separate it into fibers with a fork.
- Add the prepared ingredients and serve by mixing.
