Ingredients for Einkorn Flour Pastry Recipe

  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoon of yoghurt
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1,5 cups of einkorn flour
  • 1 tablespoons of dill
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • egg yolk, black cumin, sesame for brushing

How to Make Siyez Flour Pastry Recipe?

  1. Mix eggs, yogurt and room temperature butter.
  2. Add 1 cup of flour, salt and baking powder and mix again.
  3. Add the dill, add the remaining half glass of flour little by little and collect the dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 9 walnut-sized pieces.
  5. Whether you want to shape it into a round shape, open it in your hand and close it by putting some cheese in the middle.
  6. Brush egg yolk on the buns, sprinkle sesame seeds and black cumin seeds.
  7. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve when cool.
