Einkorn wheat is a type of genetically intact wheat with a history of almost 12 thousand years. It is the choice of many people who try to eat healthy. If I'm going to prepare a snack for the river, I usually try to choose different flours instead of white flour.
I prepared these buns sparingly so that they would be finished quickly and in small portions. You can double the size if you want.

Ingredients for Einkorn Flour Pastry Recipe
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1,5 cups of einkorn flour
- 1 tablespoons of dill
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- egg yolk, black cumin, sesame for brushing
How to Make Siyez Flour Pastry Recipe?
- Mix eggs, yogurt and room temperature butter.
- Add 1 cup of flour, salt and baking powder and mix again.
- Add the dill, add the remaining half glass of flour little by little and collect the dough.
- Divide the dough into 9 walnut-sized pieces.
- Whether you want to shape it into a round shape, open it in your hand and close it by putting some cheese in the middle.
- Brush egg yolk on the buns, sprinkle sesame seeds and black cumin seeds.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Serve when cool.
