Original Tiramisu
Hello Dear Friends,
A wonderful treat for you in its full consistency and taste. Tiramisu I have a recipe. I'm sure it will be one of the flavors you won't give up once you try it.
The reason I chose the tiramisu recipe is because it makes people feel good. You can get the materials I use from the markets. This is a recipe very close to the original, the difference is that instead of whisking the egg yolks from raw and adding them to the cream, we cook them with boiling syrup that we pour thinly while whisking, thus killing harmful bacteria. In addition, we did not use coffee liqueur, you can add some to the coffee according to your taste.
Those who want to make jars like me can fill 4-5 mini jars. Those who wish can also prepare a medium-sized debt. Those who will prepare it in a jar will get a cleaner appearance if they squeeze the cream with a squeezing bag. There will be those who say how would it be if we used labneh. You can use it, but the taste will not be the same as the recipe I gave.
with me when you try my recipe Don't forget to share on instagram :)
I would love to share my recipes with your photos in my story :) My Instagram account: @kitchensirlari

Ingredients for the Original Tiramisu Recipe
- 1 pack of catnip biscuits (all out of the pack)
- 2,5 cups of boiling water
- 3 tablespoons of filter coffee
For the cream:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 finger missing granulated sugar from 1 tea glass
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 250 ml mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml cream
For the above:
- Cocoa
How to Make Original Tiramisu Recipe?
- For the cream, put the sugar and water on the stove and cook on low heat by stirring until the sugar dissolves. When it boils, remove it from the stove. Take the egg yolks into a mixing bowl, pour the hot syrup that you have prepared like yarn while whisking the yolks.
- Beat the egg yolks until they turn white. In a separate bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese to soften it. Add the cream to the cheese and beat until fluffy.
- Add the egg yolks that you whisked without extinguishing the swelled cream by mixing from the bottom up.
- Mix coffee and hot water. Soak your cattongues with coffee when it's warm. Lay 1 row of cat tongue in the container you will use for tiramisu, spread half of the cream on it.
- Open the other package and soak the biscuits in the remaining coffee and place them on the cream.
- Finally, smooth the remaining cream by spreading it over the biscuits. Sprinkle with cocoa and put in the refrigerator.
- Let it rest for 1-2 hours and serve after cooling.
