Bulgur Pilaf with Green Lentils
Sometimes the materials you buy do not fit in the storage container and increase. As soon as you throw away that little stuff, you can't cook it even if you cook it. The other day, I thought I would transfer the green lentils in the bag to the empty storage container, it increased by 1 glass of water and remained in that glass for 3 days. When I craved bulgur pilaf next to the chicken, I decided to use lentils.
When the lentils are boiled, is it okay?
When making bulgur pilaf with lentils, do not boil the lentils too much. Since it will be cooked together with the bulgur later, it can be dispersed. After boiling for 10 minutes, take one from time to time and check its softness. In this cold weather, lentil dishes are wonderful with pickles and yogurt.
May your home be blessed.
