Curd Easy Pastry
Hello Dear Friends,
As you all know by now, I have been making yogurt and curd cheese at home every week on a regular basis since Nehir started solid food. I ferment the yoghurt in small lidded containers so that it stays fresh until the last day. Curd is also prepared from the other half of the milk, but it is not finished when the other leavening time comes. Sometimes it accumulates when you do it on top of each other, etc.
This morning, I prepared a practical but delicious pastry that does not need many ingredients to evaluate what I have left after the holiday and keep it in the 0 compartment at home..
The outside is cracked with flavor, the inside is soft. You have a total of 10 pastries. Cook it, finish it fresh :)
