How to Make Revani Dessert Recipe?

1. For the syrup, put water, sugar, orange juice and lemon juice in a pot and boil over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Boil for another 5 minutes, remove from the stove and let it cool.
2. Place the eggs and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk until the sugar dissolves. Add yoghurt and oil and continue mixing.
3. Add flour, semolina, baking powder and orange zest to the mixture and continue mixing without extinguishing the eggs.
4. Oil a medium-sized baking tray or springform mould. Put the revani mixture you prepared into the greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees until golden brown.
5. Before taking the revani out of the oven, check whether the inside is cooked by inserting a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out dry, remove the cooked revani from the oven and pour the cooled sherbet over it.
6. After the sherbet has completely absorbed and cooled, decorate and serve by slicing.
