BabazulaDo you know? They're making albums that I've enjoyed listening to for years. There are 1-2 songs among them that I love to listen to, one of them is called Cecom and the other is Leek, the main character of our person.

If it's a part of your words, say it:

warm warm fresh fresh
a grain of lush
There are two kinds of people in this world
Those who love leeks and those who don't like leeks
There are two kinds of people in this world
those who do not understand and those who understand

If you haven't listened to this group, which has done very high quality works, I recommend you to listen to it and experience it at least once.

Here is a practical and very different quiche recipe for you. There is absolutely no need to deal with and knead the long dough. It is also a new opportunity to use puff pastry dough, one of our only saviors in the kitchen. He is also very open to experimenting with different vegetables. My wife loved it when she first tasted it, I'm sure you will too. Love…

If I don't share the songs I'm talking about :)

How to Make Leek Quiche Recipe?

Leave the puff pastry dough at room temperature until soft. (If you have square dough in your hand, the same process is valid, but you need to press them while spreading them in the baking dish)

1- Peel the carrot and cut the julienne. Wash and finely chop the leeks.
2- Saute the carrot and leek in butter for 2-3 minutes.
3-4 Beat the cream, eggs and spices with a wire whisk.
5- Spread the puff pastry on the pan you oiled or in the clamped mold. Spread the leeks and carrots that you sauteed by straightening the edges as in the photo.
6- Crush the white cheese on it and spread the creamy mixture. Decorate with sliced cabbage and carrots and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30*35 minutes. Cover it with aluminum foil 10 minutes before taking it out of the oven to prevent it from burning. Serve hot or warm.

I also want to apply this recipe because it can be boring to make leeks with olive oil all the time, but I have a question, we are 2 people and we may not be able to finish this dish in one go, can it be eaten if we heat it in the microwave the next day?
Thanks in advance for your answer, take it easy..

I also tried the recipe, it was very good, but I had the same problem as you said. I think the square dough is a little thick and it gets thicker because we put them on top of each other to stick them together. That's why next time I'm thinking of thinning the square dough with my hands a little bit, I think then we will have solved this problem :)) with my respect and love...

    Ms. Nilay,

I tried the leek quiche recipe, it was very good, thank you for your recipe.

However, my dough remained raw at the bottom, I used square dough, I wonder why?

Ms. Nilay, I noticed the band you told more than the recipe you told, I've been listening to babazula for about 4 years. I was very happy to hear that there is someone listening. I would also recommend that you listen to the replica. By the way, I did not print out the recipes from the printer.

Hello Zuhalcim, my situation has come out of the night owl and has turned into an owl :) Your suggestion is very clever, because it is lightly roasted, no one will easily understand its taste. Love…
