Spring is now spring, even though Istanbul continues its usual instability, the houses are warmed up and the souls are looking for cool flavors on the tables.
When the pods I bought last week started to deteriorate little by little, I started to think about what I should do. During the shoot, I was so saturated with the smell of food that I lightly boiled the broad beans with the yogurt I got, put them in a blender with the addition of a little garlic and turned out. fresh bean cacık out :)
I don't know if you like it but even if it swells up to crack me to the cacica I love to chop and eat bread. I'm sure you will get the same taste in this one (it's my bread band after all :) )!
You can also prepare a dense appetizer with strained yogurt.

Ingredients for Fresh Beans Cacik Recipe
- 100 g broad beans
- 10 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 2 garlic cloves (can be reduced to taste)
- salt
For service:
- 2-3 tablespoons of boiled broad beans
- dill
- olive oil
How to Make Fresh Broad Beans Cacik Recipe?
- Boil the broad beans in hot water for 6-7 minutes. Drain the boiled broad beans and run them in cold water.
- Peel the skins of the broad beans, set aside 3 tablespoons and put the rest into the blender jar.
- Add the yogurts to the blender, add the salt and garlic and mix until completely mixed.
- Before serving, take into bowls, serve with dill, broad beans and olive oil.
