The rain made me very happy today. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to get rid of that sweltering heat for a moment and breathe. Today, I am glad that I missed the course, if I had gone, I would have been waiting for the bus in Taksim and I would not have been able to write to you.

Vanilla Cake

You can invite your friends to the house and enjoy the rainy weather by making vanilla cake for afternoon tea, don't forget to pour chocolate sauce on it... Days with lots of rain and lots of gossip..

love…

Materials:

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 glasses of yoghurt
  • Half a glass of oil
  • 2,5 cups of glass of flour
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 package baking powder

How to Make Vanilla Cake Recipe?

  1. Put the sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl, beat until white (until the sugar is completely dissolved).
  2. Add yogurt and oil and continue whisking at low speed.
  3. Add flour, baking salt, vanillin and vanilla extract and beat until you get a smooth and flowing dough.
  4. Grease the cake mold by dipping your egg brush in oil and pour the dough into the cake mold.
  5. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes. You can tell whether it is cooked with the help of a toothpick or knife. (If the toothpick comes out wet, cook a little more)
  6. When the cake has cooled, remove it from the mold and slice it.

Hello, sweet girl, I have written many times in my cake recipes and in the comments what needs to be done for the cake to rise. But let me repeat it for you.

First, make sure your ingredients are fresh (baking soda-egg).
      Handle vanilla and flour together.
Be sure to preheat your oven.
Beat the egg sugar until it turns white.

I would be glad if you share your next experiments with us. love..
