Hilal Hn. She didn't stay idle and made a wonderful cookie from thyme, a spice I love to smell and taste. And he did not neglect to use the cookie molds, which he won as the 2nd in the award-winning competition of kitchen secrets. Thank you so much Hilal Hn. good health to your hands…

Hello friends. I am sending you a very simple recipe for snacks, normally the shape of these sticks is as in the recipe. But I wanted to use the molds that Miss Nilay sent and I cut these sticks with a mold. The view was as beautiful as it was delicious :)

Enjoy your meal…

salty cookie, salty biscuit

Materials:

200gr. butter or margarine (at room temperature)
1 teaspoons of oil
1 teaspoon of yogurt
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 package baking powder
1 tea spoon salt
2 tablespoons of thyme

For the above:

Egg yolk and sesame

Fabrication:

The dough is prepared by mixing all the ingredients. Walnut-sized pieces are taken from the dough and formed into long strips. Then they are tangled in the middle with this strip (like a 2-knit) and baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until they are golden brown.

Hilal, I got your recipe for thyme sticks. They look very good. You did not give information about how much flour you put in the ingredients. Could you please give me some information.

I made it yesterday and we loved it. The aroma of thyme adds a lot of flavor to the cookies, we discovered it thanks to Mrs. Hilal, well done.....
