Salted Black Seed Cookies
Salty cookies are one of the pastries that I can't get enough of. It leaves a delicious taste in your mouth. It maintains its freshness for a long time when you store it in airtight containers. Bon appetit Be honey :)
Materials:
1 pack of pastry margarine
1/2 teaspoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
1 tablespoons of sugar,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 package baking powder
flour as much as possible
For the above:
2 teaspoons sesame and black cumin
2 egg yolk
Fabrication:
In the beginning, we sift 2-3 glasses of flour into a deep bowl. We make a hole in the middle of our flour with our hands. We mix and knead all the ingredients except eggs, sesame and black cumin.
We continue to add flour little by little until the dough reaches the consistency of an earlobe.
We break off pieces from the dough and shape them into thin long rolls in our hands. Then, we pass the right end through the left end and arrange it on our baking tray, on which we have oiled paper.
Brush it with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame and black cumin seeds on it. We put them in our oven, which we preheated to 180 C, and cook them until they turn golden brown.
Good luck, I will do it now, it looks very good, I hope it will be good. :))))))
I love your hands so much
I don't think it's very good but my brother liked it very much
