• 100-120 gr smoked salmon thinly sliced
• Quarter bunch of dill
• Quarter bunch arugula
• 1-2 stalks of fresh onion
• 1 tablespoon of capers
• 1 cucumber
• 2-3 cherry tomatoes
• Half of a small Chinese radish (pink for outside white)
• Half of 1 avocado

For the sauce:

• 2 tablespoons of yogurt
• 1 teaspoon of light mayonnaise
• Finely chopped dill and capers

How to Make Smoked Salmon Salad Recipe?

1. Wash the dill and set aside. Soak the arugula in water in which you have added vinegar for a while, then take it out and wash it under running water. (you can wash it at least 2 times since it leaves a lot of sand)
