And here the hustle began again. Get up at 8 in the morning, be in the course at 10, leave at 3 am. Run home, do the chores, don't forget the homework. My student days are back. The body, accustomed to driving everywhere by car, came to his senses when he walked from Beşiktaş to Zincirlikuyu. Well, of course, I deserved to have a sweet getaway with me rightfully so. With the effect of his tiredness, a light, delicious and practical dessert emerged. Bon appetit everyone!!!

Put the cream and labneh cheese you have cooled in the refrigerator in a whisk. Add powdered sugar and beat at high speed until it thickens (it won't flow from the mixer).

Cut the catnip biscuits into pieces, put a few biscuits in the bottom of the cups. Soak the biscuits with some instant coffee.

Put the cream you prepared on the biscuits, sprinkle with sliced strawberries and pine nuts. Follow the same process to form folds. Finally, decorate with 1 spoon of Nutella and strawberries and let it rest in the refrigerator (approximately 1 hour). Serve cold.

I made the above recipe but even though I applied the measurements exactly, my cream did not hold its consistency, it became mushy and lumpy, the taste was good but there was no image, is there a trick to this, I used the liquid cream at room temperature, I wonder if it could be because of this, I would be very happy if you answer, by the way, your recipes great…

      Hello Daphne,

You discovered the problem yourself :) The cream becomes fluid as it heats up. In such recipes, the cream needs to cool in the refrigerator. Since cold cream is dense, it gets a thicker and denser consistency when mixed with labneh cheese and powdered sugar. The only trick is cold cream and very good whipping. Love…
