Apple Walnut Cinnamon Cookies
Hello Dear Friends,
This recipe is from very, very old times, as a matter of fact, it is a complete recipe. mom recipe. When winter comes to the door apple mom recipes started to come out one by one :) Apple cookies de Apple-pie such a great recipe.
There is no baking soda in it, instead we use lemon and baking soda. This allows our dough to rise slightly and disperse in the mouth.
When I prepare apple cookies, I usually use red apples and after washing them well, I grate them with their skins. This makes the cooked stuffing redder.
It is important to cool the apple mortar after cooking. If you do not refrigerate it, the oily dough will become too soft and may lose its chops. If you make the cookies according to the order in the recipe, you will not have any problems.
I used a chisel while shaping the cookie, but you can either cut a square with a knife or use a glass rim.
