Albanian Pastry
Release Date: 05-06-2008
When we say Albanian Pastry, the flowing water stops. I think it is a delicious pastry that is enjoyable to prepare and enjoyable to eat. Some things need to be considered while making Albanian pastry. First of all, the type of flour used is very important because the amount of water varies according to the flour. So always have some flour and water with you.
Another important point is to add vinegar to the dough. The dough that is added to the vinegar becomes more crumbly. In addition, it should use a lot of oil so that it is stranded.
Original Albanian Pastry It's leek but I can't get enough of the potato :) Potato Pastry You can find my recipe here.
Finally, I added sesame and black cumin seeds because I love them. It is not normally used much.
Yours.
