Today I wanted to prepare a local menu. Yesterday, many people were very surprised when they saw the new world, the malt plum kebab. In fact, fruit and meat mixtures date back to ancient times in our culture. Another good example I can think of is stuffed melon and quince. Especially when quince is cooked, it smells delicious and surprises people with its taste. Those who have not tried it before should give a chance to meat dishes with fruits, I think.
