Ingredients for Labneh Canapes Recipe

  • 1 package of sliced-grain bread

Tomato Paste:

  • 2 teaspoons of ready-made breakfast sauce or tomato & pepper paste
  • 100 gr Labneh
  • 1 pickled cucumber (diced)
  • If tomato paste is used (walnuts and spices)

Garlic Labneh:

  • 100 gr Pınar Labneh
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of parsley


To decorate:

  • Cherry tomato
  • Parsley

How to Make Labnea Canapes Recipe?

  1. Cut the edges of the sliced ​​breads neatly with a knife and cut the breads in half to form a rectangle.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the tomato paste labneh on a plate. Mix the ingredients you prepared for the garlic labneh in another plate.
  3. Take one of the slices of bread you have prepared on a serving plate, and spread a thick layer of labneh with tomato paste on it. Put the 2nd layer of bread on it and spread it with the garlic labneh and smooth it with the help of a knife.
  4. Do the same for all bread slices. Serve garnished with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
