Blueberry Pie

I was worried at first when I tried a pie, but it was simple to make and tasted very nice. You can add less sugar, and the jam may be too sweet because there is plenty of it.
Since I didn't have a pie mold, I used my pyrex and my debt was small, the dough increased, I made cookies from the leftover dough, I will explain later on this recipe :)

Ingredients for Blueberry Pie Recipe

300gr. margarine
3 water glass flour
1 glass of sugar
2 tablespoons of ground hazelnuts
1 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of cloves
4 tablespoons of blackberries

Fabrication:

Mix the margarine, egg and sugar well by hand.
Mix flour, hazelnut, cinnamon and clove powder (you can beat the cloves in a pestle), slowly add to the margarine, knead.
Spread 3/4 of the dough into the mold. You can spread greaseproof paper underneath. Spread the jam on it. Decorate the top of the pie by making strips with the remaining dough.
Bake in the oven preheated to 175° for 45-50 minutes.

    I made a sauce not with jam, but with fresh blackberries, together with starch and sugar. It was difficult for me to balance the dough consistency.
