Beetroot Barren

The truth is that we are a vicious-loving nation and we all have our own vicious recipe. Some add finely chopped onions instead of green onions, some add lettuce, some don't like parsley or don't want tomatoes. Nuts, peanuts, even like me those who make walnuts there is also.

I usually add whatever suits my taste at home to the barren at that moment, and normally I prefer lemon instead of pomegranate syrup.

If you want to prepare something different from the ones you've made so far, I recommend you try the beetroot brisket, which has a unique sweet and sour flavor.

I prepared yesterday chicken wrap it was great with it. If you want to strengthen the plate, I recommend adding some french fries on the side.

Finally, as I mentioned in the recipe, I set aside some of the bulgur that I had soaked because it was too much for my eyes. If you are going to use whole bulgur, I would say increase the amount of beetroot and beet juice together with other ingredients.

Love…

Ingredients for Beetroot Stew Recipe

  • 2 glass of fine bulgur
  • 1,5 cup of hot water
  • 100 g pickled red beetroot
  • half a glass of pickled beetroot juice
  • Half a teaspoon of oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1,5 tablespoons tomato paste (pepper tomato mixed)
  • 1 green peppers
  • Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate juice
  • Salt

How to Make Beetroot Stew Recipe?

  1. Take the fine bulgur into a deep bowl. Add hot water to it and close it with a stretch. Wait for the bulgur to swell for about 15 minutes. (At this point, because the bulgur was too much for my eyes, I set aside 1 soup bowl)
  2. Chop the onion into small pieces. Take the onion in a pan with olive oil and saute it on low heat, when the onions start to turn pink, add tomato paste and fry it. Take it off the stove and let it cool a bit.
  3. Put the pickled beetroot in a blender and puree it. Add the pickled beetroot juice and the fried onion with tomato paste to the bulgur and mix.
  4. Finely chop the green pepper and parsley. Add salt and pomegranate syrup according to your taste to the brisket and mix well.
  5. Serve after resting for a while.

Hello, doesn't soaking the bulgur and then adding beet juice make the kiwi to be juicy?

It doesn't, but if you want, you can heat the beet juice and wet it with it.

I remember when I was first engaged/married – I never knew how to cook, I was always depressed, until I discovered your page =)

On this page, the question "would it be good" does not come to mind when people see a new recipe, everything I did was good, even if it didn't, it was my fault =) I've been married for 5 years, for my wife, I am the best cook around.

It's been a bit long, but I wanted to say that I want to thank you very much on this occasion =)
