Hello Dear Friends,

I am writing to you a little lighter today, finally I saw the numbers 62. My intention until the end of this week is to reach 61's, but let's say it's fate.

There is an interesting intensity during the day this week, the projects flying in the air, the offers and questions waiting to be answered, even my daily walk started to hang after dinner. Of course, 2 months later, we have a wedding and an upcoming barbecue party. The situation is a bit difficult, you understand.

Last night, I decided to prepare sea bass because I wanted to eat something delicious without much hassle. If it is cooked to taste, there is rarely a dish as delicious as sea bass in the oven.

tarragon vinegar

I like to use a little bit of tarragon as it suits fish dishes very well. Since I did not have fresh tarragon on hand, I used tarragon herb white wine vinegar.

The combination of vinegar and tarragon is amazing. Let me share a culinary secret with you, vinegar partially takes over the job of bay leaf and ensures that the skin of the fish comes out crispy without sticking to the meat.

Let it be included in the literature as a practical recipe for those on the Dukan diet.

  3. Drizzle the vinegar over the fish. Put the lemon slices and sprinkle with parsley, finally add the tomato zest if desired.
  4. Cover the fish with oiled paper, cover it with aluminum foil and tighten the edges so that it does not get air.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes, covered, and another 10 minutes to open and fry.
  6. Serve hot.

Putting 2 pieces of peeled apple slices between the sea bass, the result will surely turn into a better flavor.

hello, as of now, the sea bass has been cooked as in your recipe and eaten with pleasure. I write these lines with happiness. The result is perfect. It is a super idea to use tarragon, which I can't bear to throw at home, in fish. I also put garlic in tomato sauce. Best regards and thank you very much. Good luck.

My dear Nilay, I follow your weight loss and recipes day by day :)))
Believe me, I am very happy as the numbers go down, you give me courage. I wrote earlier that I couldn't complete the attack period. Hopefully I will start again soon. Since my attack period is 6 days, I'm a little scared actually :)))
If my menus are insufficient, I would like to ask for your help, I wish you a light and a great start to the summer, love...

Hello my dear, thank you very much for your support :) Even I get stuck in pure protein days sometimes. By the way, 500 grams more is gone today, of course, increasing the walk to 40 minutes has an effect on this situation.

I hope you will gather your courage soon and say goodbye to the kilos. Love :)
