- 1 pieces of dough
- 1 tea glass of brioche sauce (milk, egg, oil)
- tahini
- molasses
- Walnut
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar optionally
- Sesame
How to Make a Pan Pastry with Tahini and Molasses from a Single Fillet?
- Grease the inside of your pan, cool the phyllo and fold it inside and sauce it.
- Tear off the excess on the edge and lay it in the middle of the phyllo and sauce it.
- Drizzle tahini and molasses on top. Sprinkle with walnut chips and granulated sugar.
- Spread some more molasses around the edges of the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cook on low heat with the lid closed until the bottom is well browned and serve.
