Ingredients for Sandwich Pastry Recipe
- 1 water glass of water
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 pack of instant yeast
- 1,5 sweet spice salt
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 5-5,5 glasses of flour
For inside:
- cheddar cheese
- cucumber
- tomato
- parsley
For the top:
- 1 egg yolk
- black seed
How to Make Sandwich Pastry Recipe?
- Take the water, oil and milk into the mixing bowl of the mixer. Add sugar and mix.
- Pour the yeast over it and continue mixing.
- When the yeast is completely mixed and melted, add 5 glasses of flour and salt and continue kneading.
- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Tear off tangerine-sized pieces from the dough. Roll it in your hands without crushing it too much and place it on the baking tray.
- Let rest covered for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
- Brush the beaten egg yolk on the buns and sprinkle with black cumin. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about (30 minutes) until the bottom and top are browned.
- Cover the cooked pastries with a cloth and let them rest until they reach room temperature.
- Divide the cooled pastries into two crosswise parts. Serve with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and greens.
