  1. Take eggs, oat bran and diet yogurt in a deep bowl. Add a little salt and whisk until completely mixed.
  2. Add 1 drop of oil to the Teflon pan and wipe it with a napkin and spread it on the pan.
  3. Take 1 tablespoon of the pancake batter you prepared and spread it in the middle of the heated pan. When it is ready to be turned by making small holes on it, cook the other side by turning it.
  4. Take the crepe, which is cooked on both sides, on a serving plate.
  5. Grate the garlic and mix it into the yogurt and set aside to absorb its flavor.
  6. Saute the grated tomato in a pan with 1-2 drops of olive oil by adding a little salt and pepper. When the water is absorbed, spread it on the crepe.
  7. Cook the meatballs, sliced ​​cocktail tomatoes and green peppers in a pan without oil.
  8. Spread the garlic yogurt on the crepe on which you pour tomato sauce.
  9. Finally, add the meatballs, tomatoes and peppers you cooked and serve.
