In the past weeks, we made 2 fun shots for my youtube channel. Until now, we have always shot cooking videos at home. This time, we are in the garden as a mobile kebab shop :) We lit our barbecue in a spacious environment against the beautiful sea view and prepared a kebab recipe for you with Chef Devran Karaalp.

There are different kinds of kebab, you don't have to stick to a recipe. You can also change our recipe according to your taste. We used metal kebab skewers because we will cook on the barbecue, but those who will cook at home on the grill or casting can also use wooden skewers that they can buy from the market.

How to Make Kebab at Home? Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 300 g veal breast
  • 300 g lamb breast
  • 1 medium onion
  • quarter bunch of parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper or green pepper
  • 1 meal spoon tomato paste

How to Make Kebab at Home? How To Make The Recipe?

  1. Put the ground lamb and beef that you have cooked for kebabs in the kneading bowl.
  2. Add the finely chopped onions to the minced meat.
  3. Remove the stems and seeds of the red bell and green peppers, chop them very finely and transfer them to the mixing bowl.
  4. Finely chop the parsley you have washed and dried and add to the mixing bowl.
  5. Chop the tomatoes that you peeled and juiced as small as possible and add them to the parsley.
  6. Add the tomato paste and crushed garlic to the mixing bowl.
  7. Knead by adding red pepper flakes and salt according to your taste.
  8. Break off pieces of tangerine-sized pieces from the kabap mortar you have rested in the refrigerator for 1 hour and pass a bottle.
  9. Fry both sides on the barbecue and serve with lavash.
