Dukan Lahmacun

I'm still 62kg these days, and I know it's because of the little getaways I had over the weekend. It's really hard to diet when it's crowded, I walked around a lot and had a lot of weight on my hands or back while walking. Because of this, I have a slight pain in my lower back. Of course, I definitely do not attribute this to the carpets I removed because of the spring cleaning I started :)
Anyway, because of this pain, I slowed down my walking pace and slowed my pace. By the way, I've heard something that the treadmill is inconvenient for those with herniated disc. I have absolutely no idea if it's true, if there are some of you who know and share it with me, I would be very happy.
For the last 1 month, I have been craving incredible lahmacun. Before I started the diet, I tried it in a few places.
Since I did not have a chance to eat lahmacun during the diet, I rolled up my sleeves yesterday and prepared a dukan recipe worthy of our mouth.
1 oat pancake was enough for me, but you can prepare 2 if you want. Because even if you increase the size to 2, you do not exceed the limit. If you make buttermilk with light yoghurt next to your lahmacun, you will not get enough of it. Love…
Ingredients for Dukan Lahmacun Recipe
pancake ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 heaping tablespoon of oat bran
- 1 tablespoons of diet yogurt
For the minced meat
- 50 g ground beef (lean or low-fat)
- 1 pinch of finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons of onion paste
- 1 small garlic (finely chopped or grated)
- salt
- black pepper
How to Make Dukan Lahmacun Recipe?
- Knead all the necessary ingredients for the minced meat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- While your minced meat is resting, whisk the pancake ingredients in a deep bowl. Cook in a pan that you dripped 1 drop of oil and wiped with a napkin.
- Open the grill of the oven and bring the degree to 200.
- Spread the minced meat on the crepe you prepared and bake in the oven.
- Serve with parsley, onion and lemon.

Hello Elif, this virtue works differently in every body. If the weight you lose is less, I think your weight loss may be proportional to it. Lots of fluids and keep walking, love :)
It's been 20 days for me, but I've been stuck at the same weight for the last two weeks.
Pausing is annoying, but I think the best way is to review what we eat and drink :)
If there is a pause, you can attack for 3-4 days and if you are walking for 30 minutes every day (it is mandatory), you can increase it to 40 minutes. This information is written in the dukan's book.
