I'm not very fond of cold meats, but who knows, veal cold cuts are actually a remarkable appetizer. Of course, for people like me who are on a diet and work hard, it can be consumed as a practical meal rather than an appetizer.

Ingredients for Veal Cold Cuts Recipe

  • 300 g veal thigh
  • 1 small onion
  • 2-3 stalks of parsley
  • 1-2 cloves of dried cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 7 water glass of water
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to Make Veal Cold Cuts Recipe?

  1. Wash the beef in one piece and put it in the pot. Add water to it and let it boil over high heat.
  2. When the water starts to boil, add all the remaining ingredients, reduce the heat, and cook with the lid closed until the meat is tender. Dry the cooked meat with a clean cloth.
  3. Lay a clean cheesecloth on the kitchen counter, wrap the cooked meat with this cheesecloth and rest it until you serve it by placing a weight on it. (not less than 3-4 hours)
  4. Remove from cheesecloth, slice thinly and serve.

    Circassians have a special salt, they mix salt with this yoghurt and sometimes with a cold appetizer containing sorrel (with herbs) and strained yoghurt, and eat cold cuts with it, and taste it. Thanks to you, this recipe came to my mind, we have a new dish, thumbs up :) Two weeks, 4.5 kilos, I think we are going great :)
