Veal Cold Cuts

I'm not very fond of cold meats, but who knows, veal cold cuts are actually a remarkable appetizer. Of course, for people like me who are on a diet and work hard, it can be consumed as a practical meal rather than an appetizer.
A few years ago, if they had told me that I would love to eat meat, I would have said come on.
Although I still can't eat liver and brains, I cook convicts. My next recipe will come for offal lovers.

Ingredients for Veal Cold Cuts Recipe
- 300 g veal thigh
- 1 small onion
- 2-3 stalks of parsley
- 1-2 cloves of dried cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 7 water glass of water
- salt
- black pepper
How to Make Veal Cold Cuts Recipe?
- Wash the beef in one piece and put it in the pot. Add water to it and let it boil over high heat.
- When the water starts to boil, add all the remaining ingredients, reduce the heat, and cook with the lid closed until the meat is tender. Dry the cooked meat with a clean cloth.
- Lay a clean cheesecloth on the kitchen counter, wrap the cooked meat with this cheesecloth and rest it until you serve it by placing a weight on it. (not less than 3-4 hours)
- Remove from cheesecloth, slice thinly and serve.

Circassians have a special salt, they mix salt with this yoghurt and sometimes with a cold appetizer containing sorrel (with herbs) and strained yoghurt, and eat cold cuts with it, and taste it. Thanks to you, this recipe came to my mind, we have a new dish, thumbs up :) Two weeks, 4.5 kilos, I think we are going great :)
