Carrot Cinnamon Cocoa Cake

We are in the most beautiful days of spring, both warm and sunny :) That's why I put my balcony in the summer order. A table, a chair, a nice tablecloth, my netbook, and the flowers we planted created a pleasant landscape. I just have to write my recipes here :)

How to Make Carrot Cinnamon Cocoa Cake Recipe?

  1. Peel and grate the carrot. Beat the sugar and the room temperature egg until it foams 3-4 times (white).
  2. Then add vanillin, oil and yogurt and continue mixing. When completely mixed, add flour, cinnamon, cocoa and carrot and mix.
  3. When the mixture comes to a consistency, add the baking soda and mix 3-4 more times.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. Before taking it out of the oven, check with a toothpick whether it is cooked or not. If the toothpick comes out dry, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool.
  6. Slice the cooled cake and serve.
